Tata Technologies to expand its workforce across major markets in 2022

Tata Technologies Limited, a multinational entity that specializes in offering engineering as well as product development services, is reportedly planning to hire over 3,000 tech-innovators in the next 12 months under the group’s extended talent acquisition program.

According to Tata Technologies, the company will expand its workforce in all prominent markets throughout the world and in India, especially in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. The plan to add new talent comes at a time when the company has been gaining significant traction ever since it ventured into ACES mobility as well as investing in various manufacturing and digital companies.

The company mentioned that they are looking for innovators to join and be a part of a movement that will see Tata Technologies lead the constantly expanding engineering services outsourcing (ESO) market.

Warren Harris, the Managing Director, and CEO of Tata Technologies stated that the company has often allowed tech-innovators to work on global projects and to learn through global e-learning platforms, with an additional opportunity to collaborate with over 9000 global talent pool.

Tata’s extended talent acquisition program will now allow new employees a chance to become part of a multinational group. Harris added that the firm is looking forward to building a better world that enables global OEMs to make better products that are competitive, sustainable, and innovative.

The company has also introduced a new brand campaign called #ComeJoinUs in #EngineeringABetterWorld, inviting innovators from all over the world to join its transformation journey and grow with it while innovating safe, sustainable solutions for global OEMs and their network of partners.

Investments in technology-enabled reforms have accelerated since the start of the Coronavirus pandemic. According to Tata Technologies, products have evolved fundamentally, business models have been re-engineered, manufacturing enterprises have revolutionized, and digital mediums have now become a key part of consumer life.
