Samsung Smart Keyboard Trio 500 officially launched in South Korea

After recently introducing a 43-inch smart monitor, Samsung Electronics has now launched the Smart Keyboard Trio 500, a Bluetooth-enabled device that relies on multi-device connection.

This new keyboard has been made available on the company’s website and is currently priced at around USD 44 in South Korea. Moreover, Samsung Korea is currently providing a 20% discount while purchasing the new keyboard, specifically at Samsung’s Digital Plaza and other few open markets until May-end.

It is worth noting that Samsung is widely known for its televisions or mobile devices, however, the company has gained some popularity in computer peripherals. There were speculations that the South Korean electronics giant would unveil this smart keyboard along with its upcoming Galaxy Book series.

The basic concept of a wireless keyboard is to improve work performance and learning efficiency. In this context, sources confirmed that the Smart Keyboard Trio is a compact and slim device that can be carried around easily.

The device can seamlessly connect to compatible devices such as tablets and smartphones. It also allows users to switch between devices by pressing the dedicated button. The new keyboard can be connected to three different devices using Bluetooth, is powered by AAA batteries, and is available only in black and white finishes.

Apart from having the usual symbol and alphanumeric keys, the Samsung Smart Keyboard Trio 500 also consists of a dedicated key for DeX.

The smart keyboard also allows user to use frequently use apps with a single click and offers connectivity support to other smart devices using the Samsung DeX app. This can help in connecting a Galaxy device to the smart TV, further allowing for an immersive experience using a larger screen.

The official launch of Samsung’s Smart Keyboard Trio 500 and the recently introduced M7 smart monitor reflects on the company’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the computer peripherals space.
